The Confidence Builder
Who is it for?
This package is designed for adults and children with brain injury who:
- have taken a knock after their accident and are looking for a less adrenaline-fuelled programme, which combines relaxation and adventure
- are looking for a varied programme, with the opportunity to develop social and independence skills
What?
The Confidence Builder is a five day residential programme and can be run anytime outside of school holidays. This package includes eight half day sessions in a variety of activities, which might include:
- adventure activities
- cookery
- DIY
- farm activities
- art and craft
- gardening
- independent travelling
Please note that the availability of activities is dependent on location and time of year.
The programme will include two half-day sessions either for free time or travelling time (where the client requires door-to-door transport).
What next?
If clients have enjoyed their Confidence Builder, they may choose to move on to The Skill Builder in the activities they've particularly enjoyed, or book a personalised short break.
